Operate and monitor gas production, storage and cylinder/tanker filling systems at the Gazipur plant.Carry out routine equipment checks, pressure testing and preventive maintenance.Coordinate with the QA/Safety team to ensure all operations follow standard operating procedures.Maintain accurate production and dispatch records.
Maintain and repair cryogenic tanks, tankers, liquid cylinders and Dewars.Service Vacuum Insulated Evaporator (VIE) systems and vacuum-jacketed piping.Perform helium leak detection and vacuum system maintenance.Support TIG welding and fabrication work under supervision of certified welders.
Maintain and monitor compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 requirements across all three factories.Conduct routine safety audits and inspections at plant and field sites.Investigate incidents and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.Coordinate certification renewals and documentation for regulatory bodies.
